ABOUT THE CLASSES

Classes are open level, suitable for all ages, from absolute beginners to advanced dancers - everyone will enjoy Zumba! They allow you to GO AT YOUR OWN PACE. We have 3 styles of Zumba so be sure to choose the class that's right for you.

Zumba Fitness
Intense "FUN" dance fitness class. It will get you moving and dancing to all kinds of amazing beats - you heart will be pumping in no time. Be prepared for an amazing workout. This is great class where you can go at your own pace and build on your technique to maximise your workout

Zumba Gold Coming Soon
Low intensity dance fitness class. It is designed especially for those who don't want a crazy aerobics class - but a class where they can enjoy the rythm's and get their body's moving at a comfortable pace. It is especially suitable for seniors, those with injuries, absolute beginners, or those just getting back into fitness.

ZumbAtomic - KIDS
Childrens fun dance fitness class. Our classes are open to all ages. The absolute aim of this class is to get the kids moving - hearts pumping - and have a great time. It is great introduction to many new dance styles, and will greatly assist with basic co-ordination & fitness.

Dancexcite is very lucky to have 4 qualified Zumba Fitness Instructors at the studio each with their own style. The studio is also part of the Zin Zumba Instructor Network which means we are always keeping ourselves up to date with the latest combos & music available.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Shoes: Flat comfortable shoes e.g Sneakers/Runners or Jazz shoes.
Clothes: Comfortable sports wear / Gym wear
