great stepping stone through to Swing or Jive..
We'll get you up Rock'n & Roll'n in no time, with the Dance lesson
progressing through some fun dance moves that will have you grooving to
the beat.

Monday Nights
7pm - 8pm Beginners
8pm - 9pm Intermediate
9pm - 10pm Advanced
ABOUT THE CLASSES...
Beginners: Fun class for absolute beginners. No previous dance experience required. Get comfortable with basic Rock & Roll movements and have a great time in our relaxed social class. Social dancing songs are always played after class... great for practising those moves you just learnt!
Intermediate: Challenge yourself with new combos. Learn new dance patterns and build on those steps you've learnt in our beginners class. You will build your confidence and may even start doing more social dancing out and about. Social dancing songs are always played after class... great for practising those moves you just learnt!
Advanced: Take your dancing to the next level. This class is for those dancers who are comfortable with all dance steps in our Beginners & Intermediate Level Classes, or for experienced Rock & Roll dances. In this class you will not only learn new challenging dance patterns, but you will build on your technique - allowing you to be the best dancer you can be.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Shoes: Flat shoes preferable - avoid sneakers/runners or sticky rubber soles. Rock & Roll shoes are ideal.
Clothes: Comfortable
