Monthly Practice / Social Dance Night at Dancexcite..

We're kicking off our Monthly Open Studio - Social & Practice Dance nights.. Every 2nd Friday of the Month we'll be opening the studio up for Social Practice dancing..

Starting Friday the 10th of June from 8pm through till 11pm (while we have dancers on the floor..)

We'll be offering music to cater to the dancers there on the night - ranging from All the Latin & Ballroom styles: Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Jive, Paso Doble & Waltz, Tango, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot
Also covering: Salsa, Rock & Roll, Merengue, Bachata Plus more on demand..

These nights will be to encourage social dancing & practice of the steps & dances we teach at the studio..

Tea & Coffee will be available.. Feel free to bring your own plate of Snacks..

$5 entry at the Door.

Latin & Ballroom has kicked off again with great numbers, this term we're covering Waltz, Rumba & the Jive.. Great nite of social dance styles.

Salsa starts again this Wednesday the 23rd, 7pm Beginners, 8pm Intermediate & 9pm Advanced - Yes Advanced will be running - Get into this great social dance style.

Brazilian Samba will again commence on Tuesday the 29th at 7pm. We're fortunate enough to have Little Liz cover while DebraLee is on leave (She'll be back in 4 weeks).

Solo Latin will be a new course to the studio, introducing a solo latin styling & Choreography class encouraging students to explore some latin dance styles on their own.

Hip Hop - Wednesday Nights 7pm Starting 9th of March

Pilates: Mums & Bubs - Friday Mornings 10am starting 18th of Feb (Pilates orientated Class involving the Kids)

Street Latin - Bachata & Zouk - Thursday Nights starting 3rd of March 7pm

New Vogue - Starting Thursday 3rd of March 8pm

TONIGHT Sergio has invited anyone interested in a night out to go to the Establishment Bar on George st.  They play Salsa music, and is also just a good night out for those too shy to take to the floor.  It would be a great opportunity for those who haven't been out social dancing before! All are welcome...

Sergio will be there after classes finish at 10pm - others may arrive much earlier.

Rumba Motel Tuesdays @ Establishment
Type: Classy Hotel, Bar and Restaurant that becomes a great Salsa club every Tuesday.
Details: High ceilings, marble details and a wonderful covered courtyard, spacious and great floor for dancers. Great atmosphere, friendly people and good energy all around. Music: DJ WillieSabor has the right mix of Salsa, Bachata and Merengue with a touch of Samba and Reggaeton. On occasions, featuring guest DJs and Live percussion.

Location: Establishment is located in the heart of Sydney CBD, 252 George street.
Time: Kick off at 8pm with a Salsa class and then at 9pm you start your dancing journey until 1 or 2 in the morning.
